The following photos are anything but flattering. I am not posting them for pity. I am posting them to show how serious a clogged lymphatic system and neuropathy can be. Don’t ignore the symptoms like I did. Please seek help right away. Don’t put it off.

Swelling caused by clogged lymphatic system.

The right ankle is the ankle replacement I received in 2020. It seems to attract more fluid causing an edema or so say the doctors.

Special compression socks set up.

Compression boots I use an hour in morning and an hour at night. I also use redlight therapy for 40 minutes in morning and 40 minutes at night. Doctor said I would have to use the boots the rest of my life.
The neuropathy causes you to feel like you are walking on rocks and can be quite painful. The skin hurts when touched. Neuropathy is usually caused by diabetes, but the doctor has told me that people can have it without being diabetic. you have a tingling like your feet and legs are asleep and sometimes it feels like bugs are crawling up your legs. The swelling in the feet can be so bad it feels like your feet are going to bust open.
The neuropathy is working its way into my arms and hands, and I am losing the ability to write. What I do manage to write I can’t read it. I am also losing strength in them. It is also hard to type.
Please if you have tingling and burning in your legs and feet don’t ignore it. See your doctor and also eat a healthy diet.
Again, I am not looking for sympathy by any means, I am just trying to make people aware of how serious it can be. It also affects your balance, and I have taken several hard falls.
Hey, Wayne, I saw your recent blog about your “fishing trip,” and almost responded there, that even though we’ve not seen you here for a while, you and your wife have been in my daily prayers when the Lord and I take our prayer “walk” around the US.
Praying now specifically for this neuropathy! After six stokes, I know medical care can be challenging. ❤️&🙏, c.a.

I’m no doc, but from my mom being in & dying in a nursing home, I learned to question & demand of those in the medical profession. To keep it short, full body massages, including under the arms (at the axillary lymph nodes) may help. Sh** ton of water, but don’t forget the salt/electrolyte balance. I don’t know. Best of luck, Wayne. I hope you continue to type & Wayneing up the place. Know that Lil’ Murph, your lizard companion in spirit, and I are grateful for years of support. He was a rebel & fighting spirit who lived well beyond his diagnosis expectations – for me, Earth, sun, and his fans (of which he didn’t know he had so many, even though I told him how many hundreds), I read nearly every comment to him, including yours. He was my best friend, and the support of people like you for our beautiful fighter Murph, inspires me to keep this going in honor of Murph & our mission: To convert the masses to love lizards too.
You heal, Wayne. You heal.

you know what’s worse? Knowing you feel rocks under your toes, pins in your heels, rolled sicks between your toes or under your foot (nothing to see, just feelings), you get your organs (all clear yay) and blood tested, no diabetes (yay), no skeletal issues (yay), but nothing identified (again, 🤬) . Except muscular, maybe, or neuropathy (most likely). Yet, tests aren’t conclusive, and yet symptoms present, serious pain, and it’s a physician guessing game. And more copays. And us, left to research and pursue holistic, natural, alternative, and inter-dimensional medicines. When we do, and pass on what works (like relief you get from Vicks Vaporub), You educate those open to receive, and You save the universe, one person at a time. Thank you for your courage to shed your lights. Blessings to you 🥰🙏🏽😎 keeping sharing your light 🌅

Thank you for your reply. The holistic treatments are giving me far more relief than pill pushing medicine.
