Love the picture Wayne. I would find a way to sit and soak in the sights, sounds and feel of the river till I got cold (I rarely get cold). In my teen years I had a girl friend that I brought to a similar place in the winter. I built a fire out of wood I had brought before hand and had a couple chairs there. We just sat and talked for two minutes and she got cold and didn’t like it. I married someone who would like it…45 years later she still likes it.

Gary I spent a good hour taking pictures and taking everything in and trying to frame that perfect picture.

I believe I would spend a whole lot of time getting the perfect framing and lighting and depth of field (on a still day). I appreciate your friendship as well Wayne. Kind words know no distance.
