- “Photography is a way of feeling, of touching, of loving. What you have caught on film is captured forever… It remembers little things, long after you have forgotten everything.”
– Aaron Siskind
I started as an artist and a high school art teacher changed my dream of being an artist. I was devastated. Then one day I saw a work of Ansel Adams and I became hooked on photography.

Love it Wayne, although I shuddered when I saw the ice. I used to fix a lot of roofs as well as new construction. I remember rain at 25 degrees as I finished up the peak of a 6 plex, then slid down to the very secured ladder…That’s a great picture. no driving in that weather except through the pasture.

Thanks Gary! The surprise in that whole ice storm was I never lost power.

That is a surprise as the power lines hang low as do the trees.

It was. Usually the limbs break and take the lines out.
